e. Deans letter (from University enrolled)
f. DWM supporting letter (national department of health of South Africa)
g. Registration and Pro Rata Annual Fee Paid -(amount obtainable from HPCSA and to be paid HPCSA Banking Accounts)
h. ECFMG Verification Report (Medical Degree, Internship duty certificate, Academic transcripts and Registration with council)
